Nan-Khatai
Ingredients: Maida,powder chinni,ghee of same quantity
Method: Cream together, sugar and ghee. Add sifted flour along with cardamom and knhead to a smooth dough. From into a flat biscuit, decorate with the nuts and arrange on the greased a foil. Place the aluminum Foil & arrange them on the tray. Preheat the tandoor first for 10-15 minutes without tray. Then place the tray with biscuit, in the tandoori and after 30-40 second switch it off & let it cool down for about 10 minutes to crisp. Then serve
Precaution: Preheat the tandoori with tray for 1-2 minutes kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil
