Ingredients: two small sized chicken , 1/2 cup curd, 1 teaspoon juice of garlic,1/2 teaspoon juice of ginger, 2 teaspoon onion juice, one teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder, one teaspoon Garam Masala, one lemon, one teaspoon vinegar, a little orange color and 1 tablespoon oil.
Method: cut the chicken into small pieces . Wash and prick the chicken all over with a knife. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and let them remain 2-3 hours. The longer they stay in the mixture the better it is. Place the pieces on the greased aluminum foil. Place it in the tandoori and heat first 5-6 minutes and then after cool it Dow for 4-5 minutes. Again heat it 5-6 minutes. When they are golden brown, take out and serve with mint sauce
Precaution: Preheat the tandoori with tray for 1-2 minutes kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil.
